I have two complaints from my loan with Neighborhood Lender. I was told I would be refunded my appraisal fee in the closing, and I could not see evidence of this in the paperwork . I sent multiple e-mails asking for this to be pointed out to me/explained where it showed I was refunded, and was either ignored or simply told it was there.
