Neopets blows! I can not get a live person and have been trying now on their phone numbers since October 2008! I filed a complaint with my credit card company to get the charges reversed for the premium account but Neopets keeps giving them a copy of my user contract and it gets put back on.

Same as Neopets, except neo is a website. I sincerely hope that neopets doesn't become a mere fad. Neo is a great site, at times. 4. This was the only complaint/reason of yours that I completely (okay, mostly) agree with. When you see the problems that neopets has started to get better at fixing, like the Chat Boards, you appreciate them much more.
