Apr 21, 2018 · I would note that when notified of my familys complaints, the Neptune Society Corporate Office did respond to my Fathers concerns, by reimbursing some of his expenses. Neptune Society Corporate further apologized for the misunderstandings and customer service issues with the personnel in the field office.
