I was in a car accident on 5 September 2019, fractured 2 ribs and badly injured my back. The doctor at Sunninghill Netcare casualties failed to identify the fractured ribs and did not consider the back injuries, he also did not do x-rays for the whiplash from the car accident (surely this is a standard consideration).1.9/5(1.5K)

I complained to Pride Sithole, the hospitals complaint department as well as the head office of Netcare. All that Pride said is that they will investigate it and give me feedback. Till date no feedback from the Netcare ever and no feedback from the Hospital or Dr.
