Jan 25, 2018 · New Remotes Inc. or Electronic Adventure advertized that they can replace any remote control. I believed this and placed an order. They sent me a remote for a completely differnet brand of equipment that did not control all of the functions that I needed for my DVD player.

They sent me a model that I did not order, and although compatible, it was unusable due to a vision disorder.
