Another One Bites the Dust!! Appalling Shopping experience!! Received a lovely gift for my son, wanted to exchange for a bigger size. I first checked by telephone if the item was available in the bigger size, or a sale item and asked the assistant if the store near me, (Birstal Leeds) would be able to order it in for the exchange if I went to the shop, as I had a gift receipt.
