Ordered 2 pairs online which were due to be in store for 3pm on Saturday. Went to next after 3pm, no trousers. Waited in town for a while in case they arrived but no news. Went home and phoned customer services who said they would get them delivered to my address on Sunday instead. Received an email confirming this - between 8am and 6pm today.

I bought an expensive metal bed frame from Next for occasional use in a spare room. Now, just over a month after the warranty expired, one metal side of the frame has suddenly buckled. This is the only damage to the bed, all the wooden slats are still intact. On the basis of looking at one photograph Next have decided this is fair wear and tear.
