Apparently, Chase Paymentech was sold to First American Payment Systems in 9/2016. Unknown to our company, the new owner, First American Payment Systems continued to automatically debit our checking account each month but the charge was listed as "Bankcard Mthly Fees" - which we assumed was our bank charging fees, as described.
