Sep 30, 2012 · Next have just offered us replacement sofas but I think that their sofas must be inherently poor quality and I would like to get my money back and go for something of better quality. Perhaps £900 for a sofa isn't enough to pay to get a good one. I'm fed up with it.

I bought an expensive metal bed frame from Next for occasional use in a spare room. Now, just over a month after the warranty expired, one metal side of the frame has suddenly buckled. This is the only damage to the bed, all the wooden slats are still intact. On the basis of looking at one photograph Next have decided this is fair wear and tear.

Don’t buy a sofa from Next! We have bought a sofa from Next with a so called comfort fit. Don’t do it!!!! It’s the most uncomfortable, lumpy, dreadful sofa we have ever owned. Another One Bites the Dust!! Appalling Shopping experience!! Received a lovely gift for my son, wanted to exchange for a bigger size. I first checked by telephone if the item was available in the bigger size, or a sale item and asked the assistant if the store near me, (Birstal Leeds) would be able to order it in for the exchange if I went to the shop, as I had a gift receipt.
