Nov 18, 2007 · NSPS has stripped the government employee of any freedom to report unethical or illegal activities. I would venture to say that EEO and whistleblower complaints will hit an all time low under NSPS. Of course the government will claim that the lower numbers of complaints are the result of happier (NSPS) workers BUT we'll all know the truth!!!!
