Ofsted hadn't waited 3 years to inspect, the parent put the complaint in to ofsted in mid October THIS YEAR! Just to clarify that my inspection was already overdue and this complaint prompted the inspection. So the parent done me a favour as I now don't have that dreaded inspection phone call looming thing
