So called “Customer Charter” a useless piece of paper. No improvement what so ever ie some of the communal lights off over a year regardless of many complaints to OM/Peverel etc.

Feb 26, 2016 · Hi all, I am waiting 4 months to exchange on a flat managed by FirstPort. When it was built, they were named Peverel OM and in the register of title from the land registry, there is a 'restriction on disposition' saying that only Peverel OM can agree to make me the proprietor.

I agree with Mr Hodkinson and Fed up Fred, trustpilot will have its’ reputation as a fair and creditable review platform dragged down along with the reputation of Firstport, which is justifiably at rock bottom. I had read those reviews which were taken down, before they disappeared and I know from personal experience, they were true and accurate.

Dec 06, 2007 · I own a flat which is managed by Peverel OM ltd. They made a contract with builders Barratt and now in charge of the all the flats for the leasehold period of 999 years. From the start any problem was fobbed of as builder's fault including a faulty lift. It breaks down atleast 10 times/year and the repair cost is borne by all.
