In the UK both Gatwick and worst Heathrow were appalling. From the lack of compassion from staff, no communication, treated like a burden and attitude of Passport Control I am embarrassed for people who need assistance by our country. Omniserv needs to drastically rethink its approach and learn from other international airports.

Omniserv is a great place to work, always busy and ever expanding. I run Terminal 5 special assistance, which is very challenging, although allows a great relationship with the airline community at Heathrow and also HAL.
