We took a stroll to the beach, the beach bar we had been sold via the on the beach website was closed, and didn't look as if it had ever been open, other reviews on trip advisor confirm that this had been the case for the entirety of the season. All in all this is the worst place i have ever visited! this hotel gives Greece a bad name.

I booked two holidays and paid in advance with On The Beach Holidays. They are a nightmare. We came back from the first holiday a few weeks ago. They booked us into the wrong hotel and the transfer bus did not turn up to take us back to the airport. They deny everything, However, by far the worst aspect is the customer service.

I booked a holiday with on the beach for the 21st May 2013, firstly they phoned me back saying the flight prices had gone up and telling me I needed to pay more. Ten two days before I was due to go, when the flights where payed for they phoned to tell me the hotel had declined my booking and they wouldnt pay my refund until the hotel had payed them back.
