    Dec 31, 2018 · From friends that live in Opticomm areas, I hear that they don't have enough back haul to cater for utilisation resulting in much slower speeds (e.g. 5-10M on a 100M connection at times) I hear a lot of people say that, but I am in an Opticomm Estate and on 50Mbps plan; strangely I get between 60-75 down and 17-21 up.
