I was initially advised by OPTUS online customer service that my legal concerns were correct and to return the new phone. [(OPTUS) Ashfield Mall sales staff had told me to take the phone until the Wi Fi arrived.] However on arriving at the OPTUS shop I was not allowed to enter and I was not allowed to hand the phone to the staff blocking the way.

First order placed online was lost in the system & no order confirmation received. Phone call after 8 days waiting I confirmed my choice of phone & plan & assured it would arrive in 2 days. It did but it was the wrong phone, only a Pixel 4. Your online customer service is adamant my order was for a 4 because you don't have my original order.

Their complain handling policy lists email as an option but doesn't include an address – it directs you to the website contact page which, as far as I can tell, doesn't list an email address or include any sort of form suitable for complaints.
