I strongly advise people NOT to use O2, their customer service is sadly just non-existent. Worst is their method of scamming people when you have to cancel your contract with them. They tell you exactly how to go around the cancellation, but then after that they do nothing and will just ignore your cancellation and keep charging your bank account.
I have made this complaint on 18th June and called couple of time to o2 customer service, Chat online with o2 and always told that some one will call me back with in next 24 hour. After 2 days 48hour I received email that O2 is very sorry as they are behind call back they will call me within next 48 hours.
