Jan 30, 2017 · I was told If a migration order was not processed it would result in the service being disconnected. So I asked the operator to note on my account that I have tried to do this but optus seems to send me around in circles. I then contacted the TIO and raised a complaint. I received a call today from optus’s complaints resolution team.
