Mar 18, 2017 · The fact it hasn't been followed up in 14 days by either the consumer or the provider is even more concerning. I would call Optus once more, say to them "If you are unable to progress toward a resolution, this will be escalated to the TIO", generally lights a fire under their behinds. If all else fails after that, then sure, TIO it.
