They actually don't have an email for complaints - most likely because it'll reach it's storage limit within a day. Most likely optus will do nothing about the constructive feedback I took the time to provide them with because optiu doesn't really care about their customers. I will never be a customer of theirs. Broadway guy said we'd have to take the modern for a week to check. I expressed disbielf and then he gave me a phone number to call. No they never offered to do that for me. So 5 attempts to call tech support with the endless options- press 1 for, press 3 for it became clear to me that optus was seriously not interested in taking my call.
