May 14, 2012 · Does anyone know a phone number for the complaints department at Optus? I have tried there online webform with no luck so far. Going on a week without a phone because 3 different Optus stores "only do sales" or were too busy chatting to one another and refused to assist with processing a repair under warranty, which is a total breach of the trade practices act.
