My wife & I have been members of Packaged Vacations LLC for about a year. We've only used their services once with no problems but I CAN tell you that the cruise is a joke,you have to keep sending things in with a deadline under which they can void your certificate. Each step along the way reveals more expenses or limitations if you don't include additional expenses.
