I bought a pair of Hunters boots two weeks ago through Zando, however when I opened the package I was shocked to see the state the boot was in ( bearing in mind the Zando box was in a perfect condition). This leads me to believe the Zando agent was aware of the condition of the boot prior to shipping.

Although I have read quite a few complaints for Zando on HP, I can only say my experience has been great. The first order I placed, the goods, literally arrived at my desk the very next day (and I am located in Johannesburg). The second order the sneakers although marked size 9 were more like a size 8.

Zando sent their courier to collect a parcel from me. However there was no parcel for collection for Zando as I did not order anything. Instead the courier took another parcel of mine.
