Maronda Homes has completed the items that the homeowner has requested to be repaired with the exception of the basement issue which has been reported to the basement warranty coverage group and the homeowner was attached to that email so she would stay informed of the progress.

Maronda Homes does not warrant the scaling of the concrete, which can be caused by many things, including extreme weather conditions, freeze/thaw cycles, salt use as well as others. I do apologize this was not brought to the attention of the homeowner sooner,. but this is not a case of in or out of warranty.
