Excellent Umbrella Company. I was new to the whole 'umbrella' company process when I took on an assignment as a contractor. The team at Parasol have been nothing but supportive through the whole process. They provide the service of getting an advance and even do same-day payments with a SMS detailing how much you'll receive. Can't fault Parasol!

Do not join this umbrella company for your own sake and financial security, do not join Parasol. My pay was messed up every week for 4 weeks. I never got the correct salary and when they back paid me, most of it was taking by the tax. I was only working 3 days and week and this hindered me significantly from paying my mortgage and bills ...4/5

I wrote a complaint by email but as they just ignored the first one a few months ago I doubt they will even read it let alone respond to it. ... I was with Parasol for 6 months previously without a hitch and cant believe this has happened after the springboard fiasco!
