No care for ParcelHero customer… Due to a very misleading instruction regarding an apparently incompleted order I was, unknown to me, raising a second order for the same package transport!. My efforts to get a refund for this duplication caused by ParcelHero's faulty instruction have come to naught.

“ Great value and easy to do with parcelhero. Would have been 5 stars but still having some minor issues with fedx the courrier.
