Oct 28, 2016 · Hi I got misleaded and cheated by Parktrent Properties in a seminar and sign the documents to purchase a land in Melton in Melbourne. The land is overpriced and they admit to get it build in 6 months but still one year their nominated builder has not got approved the plan from council.

Their properties are well above market price to purchase and as soon as the rental guarantee runs out, they are difficult to find tenants for. We are financially ruined because of this company (and admittedly our own stupidity at falling for their tactics). Don't take my word for it - google "Parktrent Investments".
