Took my money ,can't use it unless you register on line ,but it won't let you even with the help of their phone in customer sevice,so I'm getting a new card in 7 to 10 days but I'm sure it won't work either so I'm now out $120 ,the kicker is I was getting it to do online purchase so I wouldn't get hacked again.

Complaint / review text: I purchased Paypower prepaid Visa and initially put $100.00 on it, I went home and tried to activate it in my husbands name and they could not verify his identification. I faxed over 2 forms of ID and 2 bills in his name to Paypower on Saturday night. Tried to use the card and it didnt work.
