Oct 04, 2016 · In a moment of bad judgement, on Oct. 22, I ordered the "package" of the directory in hard copy and the CD from Publishing Concepts, which stated it was compiling the directory. I was led to believe the directories would be available for Christmas 2014 to give to my sons. The debit for about $180 hit my account immediately!

Jan 31, 2017 · So I clicked on that, looked at the complaints and sure enough – sounds like once a person calls to “verify their data,” they are also being sold an alumni book of some sort. Later, they receive an invoice saying they owe however much money for an alumni book. No thank you. I don’t want to verify my data and I don’t want an alumni book.
