They ignore complaints, your complaint is "lost" just like your money. My previous review was removed by NS&I because they don’t like people knowing the truth about them. Beware . I had premium bond since 1996 I was unaware that I had somehow got 2 x premium bond numbers so without knowing I went over threshold. So 22yrs later I was contacted by ns&I saying that I had to pay back 142 prizes i had won over 22yrs at a cost of £5300. All I got was a sorry it took so long to sort it out and they apologise.
