Jul 07, 2015 · Pepco said it's MANDATORY when you install new thermostats now that you he enrolled in "energy wise rewards program" for 12 months where in the event of extreme heat or power issues, THEY control it - well since it's an apartment, it's in my rental offices name not mine.
