I guess polmed will be happy should one of my parents die as a result of them suspending the medical aid due to their incompetent staff. My mother is due for an operation on the 20th of August to our surprise polmed cant seem to lift the suspension of the medical aid even with the payment and proof of the funds which were paid TWO months ago!!!!!1.7/5(95)

We spoke to Lebogang on the 26 July 2016 and she has advised that the amount of R960 will be transferred in the next few days, still waiting.
