They arrived late, got keys and went to room. Room was so disgusting, sand on beds, unemptied bin, would not leave a dog in there! Left next morning, waited over an hour to fill in complaints form, to no avail, no one interested!and left. Pontins will not refund my money because form was not filled in!!! Place needs bulldozing asap
