First of all the Villa Plus rep blamed the insufficient number of cleaners and then the owner for not investing in the property, nothing was Villa Plus' fault. Later during the holiday some things were, reluctantly, replaced, but all too late. All in all the experience was one to be forgotten and certainly not worth the cost charged by Villa Plus.1/5

Villa plus great, villa luciana not so much Villa plus as always are very good to deal with etc. Villa luciana however has now got a volleyball pitch next to it and the noise is deafening from sunrise to sunset, we will definately use villa plus again but will not be returning to luciana.

We are now 5 months on and Villa Plus have not even had the decency to acknowledge our complaints, or the courtesy to respond . Absolutely disgusting lack of customer care, but I have been told by other users of Villa Plus that once they have your money they don't care. WE WOULD NEVER USE VILLA PLUS AGAIN !!!!!
