I said it’s not the main Christmas tree then thought well what if it is what’s it got to do with you. Then he started arguing with me in the queue, really embarrassed in front of other staff members and long queue of people. Then he started mumbling about it was Poundland’s opinion not his and Poundland didn’t put them out early enough.

Learned how to deal with people, work a till. Management could learn a thing or two about give and take and respect. I wonder how Poundland can treat customers like theives. THE ONLY THING I EXPECTED WAS AN 'APOLOGY' BEFORE EVEN ASKING ME IF SHE CAN CHECK MY FRISBEE - WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. SO UPSETTING. My ethics are stopping me to post her name on social site. I sent an e-mail to Poundland management to see if they can make the staff apologise at least now.

I work at Poundland now and people never get punished if they do something wrong so they carry on doing it because they know they wont do anything. Poundland-Worcester Park. Poundland-Worcester Park Compared to Poundland stores in neighbouring towns, this is store not good. They don't have much choice and there are always long queues, no self-service machines, and when you do finally get served, an impatient and brusque service from some of the checkout staff.
