I called them at their Priceline Customer Service Number: 1-800-657-9168 to let them know it was a mistake and they would not help me. I can't believe that because I made a mistake it is going to cost me $639.18. I called the hotel who was willing to work with me but needed Priceline to give them a call.

When you look at the resort hotels and what the word "Resort" catagory includes, each one states: "All-Inclusvie Resort" I looked at an area in Cancun that had 7 hotels listed under "resort" I then choose to bid for the catagory "resort" in the same location.
