May 25, 2017 · You've already spent money out of pocket on this by having a service call that you didn't need to. You didn't need to do ANYTHING until a bylaw officer sent you an official ticket/complaint. THEN you could have concerned yourself about reducing the noise or proving it's not an actual issue, as per the bylaw they quote on the ticket. C
