As stated in Printroom's contract the photographer will receive his profit check once $100 is accumulates in profits in the account.

Printroom.com is one of the best professional operations I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. I have used them constantly for 3 years now and in that time I have never had a problem. I have literally thousands of customers who have used the printroom service to order prints. There have been so few complaints that it's terrific.

I called Printroom today about my check that I have not received (however on Printroom they indicate "Profit check issued") and couldn't locate anyone answering the phones until I selected Tech support. Then the Tech support person couldn't help me and said someone from accounting would call me however when they would call was unknown.

Jun 14, 2007 · There are a lot of nice things about Printroom, but the main reason I switched is the nicer look of Smugmug and the ability to customize easier. I'm going to keep Printroom until the end of the year for the existing weddings, but everything new will go to Smugmug. Hope that helps. Sam
