Procharger tech can be love/hate depending who you talk to but I have no doubt that when your just talking about blowers and not tuning ATI makes the best blower available. I know serveral other Z owners with Vortec who are lucky to make just 14 psi of boost. OVERALL2.6/5(41)

With a centrifugal supercharger there is less temperature rise in the supercharging process and they are the easiest systems to post cool the charger air and can be configured to cool the charge air more than any other supercharger system.

Oct 27, 2012 · I looked into the Procharger a while ago. They are belt driven,one belt is subject to oil all the time. Belt tension appears to be absolutely critical and failure is common if not set right. Even then the belts are to be replaced every 10000 miles. Way too fussy for me!

May 27, 2015 · They've completely redone there website. They stopped advertising 500+hp and rarely mention the rating now. I did see one mention of 700 hp but other then the vintage v belt drive it looks like they are still selling only the one unit.
