Jan 03, 2012 · PSI writes and grades their own exams, and will not under any circumstance release exam content. PSI has no appeal or review process. If you fail, too bad. PSI kicks back money to NRED, that is why they are the only game in town. Tests contain vague ambiguous questions based on semantics. They make money on test re-takes at $100 a shot.

Regrettably, psi has the contract for many states to administer state exams — real estate, auditor, contractors, etc. What no one at your training center will tell you is that you have to deal with psi. Then, wham, what a rude awakening. Psi is a joke!

On 3/13/18 I went to take an exam at Cherryhill NJ PSI test site. While I waited to be registered in several people who were taking exams came out to complain to staff that their computers were not working. I went in and of course my computer was broken. This upset me being I was prepared to take my exam.
