Hilton Head, SC 1/24/2013. Our Del Webb community is now a Pulte community. We feel the original Del Webb homes are a better value and were much better constructed. We live in a Del Webb home. However, one of the complaints is that whenever new homes are designed and built, the older homes are talked down, downgraded, made to look inferior.
