Oct 06, 2017 · Purco rectified this issue over the phone with me. I feel quite good about things now! Actually, their people are quite easy to deal with when you can make verbal contact with them. Rental car companies need their vehicles in good shape -- they provide a service, and they spell out their expectations fair and square. I commend Purco Fleet Services.

A couple weeks later I was contacted by Purco Fleet Services regarding a claim of 587.70 to fix the damaged bumper. I advised the agent that the vehicle was damaged and indicated on the paperwork. The "scuff" the agent put down on the paperwork that I signed was now turned into a "dent" according to Purco that I apparently caused.

A few weeks latter a company called purco sent us a letter saying that we owed them $626.36 for the damage and out of service time of the rental vehical. Purco sent us pictures of a rock chip in the bumber of the vehical. I have do alot of reaserch about Purco and i know there are alot of others out there with this same type of problem.

Dec 14, 2016 · But today I get a letter from Purco Fleet Services, Inc on behalf of EZ Rental that there was damage to the car. I returned the car to attandant with keys, he noted the mileage etc, I asked him if the car looked ok and he did not see any issues. I also went around the car before returning it and there was not a single scratch.
