In August 2013, I had a car accident in Durban. My car (BMW: ND224-166) was written-off. I sent a claim to Quicksure in August 2013, and now it is November 2013, I haven't received any communique informing me on the status of my claim. It affects me since i am planning to get another car as I have to take a taxi to and from work almost daily.
