The ad on TV says that Qwest has 'Heavy Duty, High Speed Internet Service'. Not true! I have had their so-called Heavy Duty, High Speed Internet Service since just before Christmas(2010) and I have to say that there is nothing Heavy Duty OR High Speed about it. OMAHA, NEBRASKA -- I cancelled DSL service with Qwest in February 2011. At the time that I cancelled, I was told that I would not have to return the modem because I had purchased it.
