RackSpace claims Fanatical Support, there is no way they ever delivered that to us. They also claim Fanatical Leadership, based on my experience, their leadership is dishonest, without dignety and cannot be trusted. In effect RackSpace does not conduct itself in good faith, they deliver and act in bad faith.

We signed up for a server with firewall etc with Rackspace for our critical websites. Our Account manager was John. Rackspace charged my credit cards with un-authorized amounts of $7874.48.

Rackspace is a good place to work. Rackspace provides very good work environment and work culture is superb. I am working with Rackspace form last 3.5 years.
