We've been a Rackspace email reseller… We've been a Rackspace email reseller for at least 10 years. Service has alwasy been great, but last year they forced us to "upgrade" roughly 50 mailboxes with sync to their "premium" mailbox offering, which includes additional features that our customer does not require (at a much higher cost).

While the Blacksburg office is super neat, Rackspace corporate can work against us sometimes. The Blacksburg office isn't part of Rackspace's core business, so we get forgotten at times.
