Mar 23, 2011 · Raintree Vacation Club is a Scam. They sell you the timeshare at Club Regina, Puerto Vallarta which is their best resort. The idea is to use it at other properties. First, those are rarely available when you wish to go and second, they are mostly much poorer quality. If you go to Club Regina PV, do not fall for the pitch and buy a share.3/5

The case was approved for Class Action Status on August 15th, 2011, and a hearing is scheduled for Feb 2012 for the next step in the case.

Got a letter in the mail today from Raintree Vacation Club of which we have been members for 6 years. They are whining about not being able to meet all the "upgrades" their members want, so they now have to charge an $820 "Special Assessment". This company is a joke.

Obviously, Mr. Bech must live in his own little world as he seems to be oblivious to the economic disaster that this nation is in and most of us are experiencing.
