Jun 01, 2012 · In January, Raintree let its contract with Starwood expire and took over property management of the three Club Regina resort properties. Raintree Vacation Club now manages and operates those properties as it does the majority of other resort properties that fly the Raintree banner.

Mar 23, 2011 · Raintree Vacation Club is a Scam. They sell you the timeshare at Club Regina, Puerto Vallarta which is their best resort. The idea is to use it at other properties. First, those are rarely available when you wish to go and second, they are mostly much poorer quality. If you go to Club Regina PV, do not fall for the pitch and buy a share.3/5

Got a letter in the mail today from Raintree Vacation Club of which we have been members for 6 years. They are whining about not being able to meet all the "upgrades" their members want, so they now have to charge an $820 "Special Assessment". This company is a joke.
