i was notified last week that my maintenance fees at rancho banderas have doubled since the previous year. pretty upset as in the past 7 years it had only gone up around 6% each year. pretty hard to justify nearly a $1,000 for 7 nights. either the place has become so poorly managed or management over paid. but whatever the reason, not worth the money.
