We were never told that the Rogue required a data package. I have been fighting with Verizon ever since. Then I had the ENV touch and transferred it to a different line, and they required the data package. Yet, prior to that, I wasn't required to carry the data package. I activated my iPhone 7 Plus this morning on the prepaid unlimited data plan. My phone does go back and forth a lot between B4 & B13 (1 to 3 bars out of 4, but consistently at 2), but I’m typically seeing 30 to 60mbps down and 1 to 4 Mbps upload in a rural town about 8 miles from a gas station or super market.
